A 45 minute class that consists of Shadow Boxing and Cardio Kickboxing drills, Heavy bag work, jumping rope and body weight conditioning exercises. A high intensity, circuit training workout designed to get you into shape.

**Participants need their own boxing gloves and hand wraps.
