Duke Roufus Kickboxing & MMA Winnipeg Seminar 2023

Hello Everyone,

I am happy to announce that my longtime friend, big brother and Coach Duke Roufus, will be coming up to CFC Gym to run a kickboxing and MMA seminar from February 23-25, 2023.

Duke is regarded as one of the top striking coaches in the world and is the trainer of multiple Champions including myself. Duke has trained UFC and Bellator champions Anthony and Sergio Pettis, Tyron Woodley as well as many other high level professional MMA fighters.

This 3 day workshop is for current members only, at a discounted price of $100 for the entire seminar! So any past members who want to take part must purchase a membership at CFC Gym Winnipeg.
