I am happy to announce that Coach Duke Roufus, will be returning to CFC Gym to run a kickboxing and MMA seminar from February 8-10 2024.

Duke is regarded as one of the top striking coaches in the world and is the trainer of multiple Champions including myself. Duke has trained UFC and Bellator champions Anthony and Sergio PettisTyron Woodley as well as many other high level professional MMA fighters.

This cost for the 3 day workshop for current CFC Gym members is a discounted price of $100. The cost for non CFC Gym members is $300 for the entire 5 hours of training.
