CFC’s Fitness MMA program is on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm - 8:30pm with Coach Lance “The Snake” Cartwright.

Lance is a veteran in Combat Sports and has competed in amateur Boxing and Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Professional Kickboxing, Professional MMA, and is a Black Belt in BJJ.

This class will focus on individual Wrestling, BJJ and MMA drills. There will be no contact allowed in this class to adhere with social distancing protocols.

About CFC Gym

Canadian KickBoxing and Muay Thai Centre (CKMTC) was established in Winnipeg’s West End in 2002 as a KickBoxing and Muay Thai Gym with the focus of building fighters and competition.

With the growth of MMA, and the launch of Canadian Fighting Championship we transformed into Canadian Fighting Center (CFC) in 2009, also known as CFC Gym (Canadian Fighting Championship Gym).

At the end of 2020, CFC pivoted into Canadian Fitness Center. We now only offer socially distanced training for our members, with no contact allowed.

We take pride in making sure that our training area is clean and sanitized for use. We provide a clean and safe atmosphere for all those who wish to come and train with us.

We offer kids and adult programs, and take new members by appointment only.
