Lunchtime Kickboxing Class With Coach Giuseppe DeNatale

Hi Everyone,

I am happy to announce that CFC Gym will now offer lunchtime Kickboxing classes 3 days per week with Coach Giuseppe DeNatale.

Starting on January 6th, classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:30am – 12:30pm. Doors will open at 11:15am and close at 12:45pm on those days. Sharpen your Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai skills with Coach G.

Here is our current schedule and prices. Membership gives access to unlimited classes.
